Yes, you may if this is your choice.
We find that some owners wish to "self insure" thereby paying for repairs out of their pocket as repair expenes come about. Other owners seem to like the secuirty of paying an annual fee of about $325.00 and knowing that major repairs will be covered.
If you choose the home warranty approach, we can provide you with names and contact information of different companies that offer this service. Be advised that these companies DO NOT cover pre-existing conditions and normally have a per occurence service call in the $40 - $60 range.
