No, while most standard property management and lease/rental agreements have optional paragraphs to allow for this, and while we can sell your property if you would like us to, it is not our normal policy to bind you in this fashion.

However, some of our competitors do have this policy. They manage your home at little or no profit knowing they have you locked into an eventual sales listing. We think, at the time you decide to eventually sell, you should be free to decide who the best listing agent will be for your property given its location and characteristics. For example, This may be:

- an agent who did a good job when he/she previously sold you your porperty and who has regularly stayed in contact with you.

- our company

If you do not have a capable and qualified agent to sell your property, we would appreaciate your business! Likewise, we would be happy to
prepare and provide you with a complete market analysis and description of our marketing program.
